Tools that name a number of days
HubSpot's product terms give Marketing Hub customers temporary access to retrieve their contacts if they ask in writing within 30 days of the end. Intercom's terms end access 30 days after termination, and its data processing terms return data on request.
Tools that hand data back on request
Intercom's data processing agreement offers to delete or return customer personal data at the customer's election, and Crisp lets a workspace owner export all data before the workspace is deleted.
Tools that say nothing
11 of the 16 tools' documents we read do not address export at all, so check your own contract before you give notice.
