Rows are our reading of published documents, not legal advice on your own agreement. Our fee: if a business licenses its transcripts to a buyer we introduced, it pays us 12.5% of the deal with a minimum while we act as its sole agent, or 10% with a minimum where its chats are sold in a pool with others; we agree this in writing first, and anything a buyer pays us is credited to the business.
